Mobile

Step 1: Open your Facebook App.

Step 2: Tap “Menu” in the down-right corner.

Step 3: Scroll down, and tap the ”Settings” button.

Step 4: Tap on "Meta Accounts Center" & then on “Personal details”.

Step 5: Check if you have access to this Email address (Gmail, Hotmail, Yahoo, etc) and Phone Number. If you don’t have access, please continue to the next section.

**We don't recommend using local mail providers like “Walla”, “10min mail”, or any other similar provider.

If you don't have access

Step 1: Tap on “Add Email Address” or “Add Phone Number”.

Step 2: Enter your Email address or Phone number, and then enter your Password.

Step 3: Tap on the “Add Email Address” or “Add Phone Number”.

Step 4: Great, you’ve added the new email address.

Step 5: Tap the Email Address, and make it the primary email address of your account.

Step 6: Tap on the email address that you don’t have access to, and tap “Remove”.

Desktop

Step 1: Open your Facebook profile in your web browser.

Step 2: Tap on the “Triangle button” at the top-right of the window and then tap “Settings and Privacy

Step 3: Tap on the “Settings” button.

Step 4: Tap on “Account Settings”.

Step 5: Tap on “Edit” in the Contact section.

Step 6: Check if you have access to the Email Address & Phone Number you filled in these boxes. If you don’t have access or these boxes are empty, fill in your updated Email Address and Phone Number.

Step 7: Tap “Submit”.

Step 8: Go to your registered email address and confirm your new email address.

Step 9: That’s it. Your Email & Phone Number are updated.

If you don't have access

Step 1: Tap on “Add another email or mobile number”.

Step 2: Enter your Email address or tap on the “Add your phone number?” to enter a new phone number. After that, enter your Password.

Step 3: Tap the “Add” button.

Step 4: Great, you’ve added the new email address.

Step 5: Tap the Email Address, and make it the primary email address of your account.

Step 6: Tap on the email address that you don’t have access to and tap “Remove”.
