2. Via WhatsApp - Instagram sends the code via WhatsApp

Step 1: Choose "WhatsApp"

Step 2: Check your WhatsApp account and search for the 6-digit code from Instagram’s WhatsApp number.

Step 3: Enter the code and tap “Next”.

Step 4: Instagram Two-Factor Authentication is on.

Step 5: Tap Done. Then you will be directed to your Recovery Codes, Take a screenshot of them, print them, and keep them in a safe place.

3. Via Text Message - Code is sent to your phone number as a SMS

Step 1: Choose “Text Message” on.

Step 2: Enter Your Phone Number and tap “Confirm”.

Step 3: Open the app and follow the instructions.

Step 4: Enter the 6-digit code and tap next.
